All palletized shipments are delivered to your local Consolidated Freight Station (CFS) to reduce delivery costs. The CFS will re-use the pallet so you do not have to recycle or dispose of the pallets.

We will arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to our Quality Assurance Department at no cost to you and replace the part at no additional cost. Although we have a quality assurance inspection sign-off prior to shipping to reduce issues from the onset, we realize sometimes items can be harmed during transit. Our Usage Warranty is good for one year against structural integrity, form and function. Improper installation, blatant abuse, and using a product for which it isn’t originally intended, or non-care will void the warranty in full.
