A: No, because shipping rates are determined by order amount and weight. All other products such as tools, parts, paint and samples ship free.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: Currently, we are only able to ship in the Continental United States.
Q: How are the railing inserts packaged and shipped?
A: We usually pack our Deck Railing Inserts on wooden pallets. If it is less expensive to ship 1, 2 or even 3 Insert Sections individually, we will use the least expensive means possible.
Q: Can I order the railing inserts pre-painted?
A: Yes, as an upgrade you can order the rail inserts pre-primed or pre-painted in white.
We prep the Inserts with 2 coats of Sherwin Williams Oil Base primer for ultimate adhesion and 2 top coats for excellent protection. If you elect for the Inserts to be Primed and Painted, you will receive two coats of Sherwin Williams Oil Base Primer and Two Coats of Sherwin Williams Industrial Grade Snap Dry standard White Semi-Gloss.
Between each coat process, we sand and check for flaws and quality of work.

Q: Do your railing inserts come with a warranty?
A: Fence Quarter, LLC offers a 7 Year 100% Manufacturer’s Warranty on defects and a 5 Year Warranty from Paint Chipping and Flaking when you purchase the Priming and Painting Option. We will arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to our Quality Assurance Department at no cost to you and replace the part at no additional cost. Although we have a quality assurance inspection sign-off prior to shipping to reduce issues from the onset, we realize sometimes items can be harmed during transit. Our Usage Warranty is good for one year against structural integrity, form and function. Improper installation, blatant abuse, and using a product for which it isn’t originally intended, or non-care will void the warranty in full.
